Sales Terms

Terms:
Net 30 days subject to credit approval. We also offer Credit Card payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) or COD Cash Only (cashiers check or money order)
Minimum Orders: 
Minimum order amount is $100.00, including reorders. Orders under this amount cannot be processed.

Minimum Order quantities are:
Panties: 6 pieces per size, per color
Pantaloons: 3 pieces per size, per color.
Slips: 3 pieces per size, per color.
Sleepwear: 2 pieces per size.
Playwear, robes and if purchasing more than one color in the same style number: One piece per size.

Returns:  
Permission to return merchandise must be secured from our home office in El Campo, Texas by mailing or faxing a written request for an authorization number. Please indicate quantity, styles, colors of garments, and the reason for the return. Deliveries that are refused will incur a 25% restocking fee.

Return Authorization Numbers expire 15 days from issue date
Cancellations: 
All cancellation requests will only be accepted within 10 (ten) days of placing an order. Cancellation request must be submitted in writing to the El Campo New ICM Office.
Credits:
All credits issued must be used within 6 months.
